The room was specious and sparkling clean! The cleanest shower area amongst all other hotels that we have been recently! The staff were very welcoming and helpful! Especially the 2 restaurant staff at night (originally from Afghanistan) that served us dinner at the outside area were very nice and super professional with great recommendations about food and desserts :) Location was ok. There was scooters and bikes outside at the hotel entrance where we used to get where we wanted but it’s also a 15-20 min walking distance from major tourist attraction areas.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a high standard of accommodation and breakfast buffet. Good variety and quality. Efficient catering and waiting staff, despite it being very busy. Easy 30 min walk across to museums on museum island, which was our main reason for visiting Berlin.

Positive: Location. Big hotel. Nice view towards the street. Modern and safe building. Friendly staff with good english. Safe parking inside hotel for about 50 euro/day. Comfortable big bed. Large room. Umbrella and iron in the room. Dinner at restaurant with not high quality.

-good location, but you still need to walk 5 minutes to the nearest bus / or subway station. the city center is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. -nice breakfast area, good food, and many options, but you get bored with the available choices if you stay more than 3 days.

Since we prefer to walk everywhere as tourists, every time we return to the hotel in the evening, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff were excellent. Breakfast is 10 out of 10!!! Perfect!!
